These terms cover your use of the Studio22 website and our AI chat assistant. They are separate from, and do not replace, our Terms and Conditions, which govern services we supply to clients under a quotation or agreement.
1. The AI assistant is automated
Studio22 operates studio22.com.au and an AI-powered chat assistant. When you use the chat assistant you are interacting with automated software, not a Studio22 employee. You can ask to be put in touch with a person at any time.
2. AI-generated content
Responses generated by the chat assistant are for general information only. They are not quotes, binding offers, contracts, professional advice, or guarantees of availability or price. AI systems can produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Anything you intend to rely on must be confirmed directly with Studio22.
3. Acceptable use
When using the chat assistant you must not:
- submit sensitive personal information, including health information, government identifiers, or financial account and card details;
- submit information about another person without their permission;
- use it for any unlawful, deceptive, harassing or abusive purpose;
- submit false or misleading information;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or automate access to it.
4. Third-party services
Our chat assistant and CRM are provided by HighLevel, which uses its own sub-processors including artificial intelligence providers. How we handle the information you submit, including where it is stored, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Content you submit
By submitting content through this website or the chat assistant, you grant Studio22 permission to use that content to respond to you, deliver and improve our services, and meet our legal obligations.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Studio22 is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on content generated by the AI chat assistant.
7. Availability and changes
The chat assistant is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
